Did you ever hear the phrase "Born to race?" Well, that is truly the case for one newborn in New Hampshire, the USA. The tot was in a hurry to come into the world and needed some help getting here, and needed an unlikely pit stop to make it happy. The little girl picked some racing wheels, before getting a set of training wheels.
It was a speedy delivery this past weekend for Shawna Arnold and her boyfriend.
Mother Shawna Arnold said, "He’s like, I can’t drive any faster, I can’t drive any faster, and I’m like, I’m not going to make it, I’m not going to make it. And I had a contraction, and I stood up in the back seat on my knees facing the back, and I said, I’m not going to make it. My water just broke."

They were still miles, from the hospital, but the baby was ready to come now, so her boyfriend pulled into the parking lot of the local racetrack looking for help.
And little Katie was not waiting. Her parents eventually delivered the baby in their car.
But while in the parking lot, raceway emergency crews came as fast they could to provide assistance.
Tom Blanchette, Operations Director of New Hampshire Motor Speedway, said, "We had a motorcycle event on track, and typically we would have a couple of ambulances on property to provide safety for the riders and competitors that come here to enjoy the Magic Mile. So it was timed perfectly for them; they knew where to stop."
They also treated mom and baby and rushed them to the hosptial in the back of an ambulance.
And this five-pound bundle of joy, will be a race fan for life. The Speedway gave Baby Katie two tickets to their Nascar races for the rest of her life.
Racing, it’s what’s she has been doing since birth.
